(More customer reviews)Overall the book was very helpful to me and instrumental in me passing my test. But to be honest, for all you aspiring teachers out there, I know you'll appreciate this comment-- This book would be rated on the first or second levels of blooms taxonomy while the test would be on the application, synthesis level of blooms. Going through the book helped me review or learn for the first time, but its quiz questions are not on the same level as the actual test questions. In fact some of the quiz questions and answers aren't even covered in the chapter they reference. That occurred several times while I was going through the quiz. Also, you need to check the explanation for their answers on the quiz because more than once they will have printed one letter as an answer but give another letter in their explanation (i.e. they give "A" as the correct answer on one page, and on the next page when they explain what's correct, they will write "D" as the correct answer). My best advice is to buy the book, i held out from buying it for a while. Buy the book and then go on the test registration site and download the sample test. Do a pre-test using the quiz, study the subject, take the quiz again and then take the sample test questions for that subject. That will give you the best idea of how ready you are.
I studied off and on for 2 months. 240 is passing, I made a 276!!!
